The design parameters of solid pins vary depending on the mold type. For example, automotive molds have extremely high requirements for dimensional consistency, necessitating the use of first-grade quality products; while stamping dies focus more on the pin's impact resistance. They are shipped in three states: precision ground, rough blank, and sandblasted. Users can choose according to their subsequent processing needs: precision ground parts can be directly assembled, rough blank parts require in-house processing, and sandblasted parts are used for surface rust prevention.
